Our Story

A corner built for

Konk & Co started as a simple idea: build a café in Braddon that felt like it belonged. Not a chain, not a concept — just a proper coffee shop with good light, honest food, and beans worth talking about.

We source from Australian specialty roasters with transparent, direct trade relationships. Our menu rotates with what's seasonal and what's genuinely good — not what looks neat on a flat lay.
